Policy

Appointments

Due to increased corporate reservation rates, both residential and corporate clients are recommended to book 2 to 4 weeks in advance in order allow better availability. Availability is not guaranteed until 50% non-refundable deposit has been made on reservation.


Cancellation Considerations:

Non-refundable 50% deposit is required on all confirmed reservations.



Corporate Cancellations:

To avoid loss of deposit, 72 hours notice is required and cancelled reservation must be rescheduled within 1 week. Only 1 reschedule allowed per original reservation.  Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance forfeit deposit and will be charged 100% of reservation cost.


Residential cancellations:

To avoid loss of deposit, 24 hours notice is required and cancelled reservation must be rescheduled within 1 week. Only 1 reschedule allowed per original reservation.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and “no shows” forfeit deposit and will be charged 100% of reservation cost.



Arrival Time

Our licensed professionals arrive 60-90 minutes before corporate appointments in order to allow sufficient time for setup. Our licensed professionals arrive approximately 30 minutes before residential appointments in order to allow sufficient time for setup.


Late Starts

 

Corporate reservations:

Corporate event reservations may not exceed the scheduled time booked; ie: event scheduled between 3PM to 6PM may not exceed past 6PM regardless of start-time. All licensed professionals sent for event will remain for the contracted time regardless of event start-time.


Residential reservations:

Residential late starts more than 15 minutes are considered a “no show” and forfeit reservation. Our licensed professionals require access to reservation location 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If less than 15 minutes is given for adequate setup, the reservation is considered a “no show. “  Any reservation with late start will have services contracted reduced by time amount of late start.


Returns

Due to FDA regulations, any products purchased at time of service or through our licensed professionals cannot be returned once purchase has been made.


What to Wear

You will be provided with a robe and slippers to wear during your spa experience. Disposable undergarments are available to you if you feel more comfortable. Appropriate attire is required in common areas.


Children

Children are not permitted in spa treatment areas, nor may they be left unattended in the common area. A teen must be 13 or older, in order to receive treatment.


Food and Beverages

If a meal is desired between services on a reservation, the length of the meal must be scheduled at time of booking. A reduced rate will be charged for the time our licensed professionals must remain idle equivalent to $30/ hour.


Cell Phones and Pagers

As a courtesy yourself and your licensed professional, we restrict the use of cell phones and pagers during your treatment.


Gratuities

The industry standard of 18% Gratuity is not included. Please feel free to reward your licensed professional commensurate with their level of service. Corporate reservations desiring to include a gratuity may do so at time of booking.
